Latinos are 1/2 of Catholics in the US and almost 70% of those younger than 18 but: Did you know Millennials and Gen Z Latinos are not engaging with their faith and are the biggest portion of Catholics leaving the Church?

Latinos don´t feel the Church is addressing them or trying to connect with them...

Following the blueprint of what has worked for Anglos is not cutting it nowadays. Just translating content without it being adapted to be in-culture either. Also: Leaving all the work for the Hispanic Mininistry is not working, they are understaffed and with a small budget.

As President, CEO, Communications or Marketing Director you can see how to effectively engage with half of Catholics today, Latinos are embedded all over (eventhought you might think you don´t see them)! Don´t wait until Latinos comprise 70% of the Catholics in the country! Their souls are longing to be shown a Church that attracts them to Christ!

Latinos do matter

Today, Latinos make up almost 19% of the U.S. population but have contributed to more than half of the total population growth over the past 10 years. U.S. Latinos represent a diverse and intersectional community.
